Our building is located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, just one subway stop from Times Square. This central location provides easy access to ministry sites throughout New York City.
Teams typically use the NYC subway, buses, or walk to nearby ministry locations. We recommend using contactless payment options for public transportation.
We do not provide parking. Teams driving into the city should plan to use public parking garages or street parking where available.
Housing is located on the fifth floor of a six-story building with no elevator. Stair access is required.
Yes. The minimum age to stay in MNYBA housing is 13 years old at the time of check-in.
Yes. The building is secure and includes standard safety measures such as fire alarms and emergency exits. MNYBA staff are available to provide guidance and support during your stay.
Beds, blankets, and pillows are provided. Teams must bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and personal toiletries.
Yes. Restrooms are shared and are designated separately for men and women.
Yes. Teams may use the kitchen for simple breakfasts and lunch preparation. The kitchen is not suited for preparing dinner meals.
Laundry is not available in the building. However, there are laundromats located nearby.
Yes. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building for team use.

Deposits and final payments are collected after a team is approved. Specific pricing and payment details will be outlined in your invoice.
After approval, team leaders will review and acknowledge the Housing Agreement, Reservation Acknowledgment, Hold Harmless / Liability Waiver, and House Rules / Code of Conduct.
Yes. Cancellations are permitted according to our housing policies. Partial refunds may be available if cancellation occurs before the final payment deadline.
Yes. All teams must follow the House Rules and Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in removal from housing.
