We offer low cost, short-term housing for mission teams. All efforts have been made for clean and safe lodging upon your arrival.
Our expectation is that you will extend your ministry to all who are guests or residents here. It will be a blessing if you go beyond what is required to leave our building better than you found it, and if you include our ministry in your prayers.

Housing Requirements
For your benefit, we have established safety and living parameters for all our guests. Please follow these guidelines carefully.
- All doors into the building must be closed securely when entering or exiting.
Minors are not be in the building without a team leader present.
Males are not allowed in the female dorms. Females are not allowed in male dorms. - Food is not allowed in the dormitory rooms. Kitchen and dining facilities are on the 3rd floor. This space is shared with churches that meet in the building, so please respect their scheduled meeting times.
- Put your name on your food or it will be shared by all.
- Showers and toilets are on the 4th floor. Hot water is limited, so be quick. Please clean up after yourself and turn off the lights. Sounds are clearly broadcast from those rooms; screaming and loud talking is not acceptable.
- Notify us if there is a need in the bathrooms. Cleaning products and toilet paper will be supplied. Plumbing is an emergency issue.
- Quiet hours are between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. Noise consideration within this building is greatly appreciated. Four churches meet in rooms, hallways and the chapel. People also have their homes here and ministry is conducted here. Thank you for your help in making this a comfortable, worshipful and efficient place to live and work.
- Teams are restricted to the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. Stairs and halls are to be kept clean of trash and clutter. Spills are to be cleaned as soon as they occur to avoid any accidents.
- Please refer to the check-out list of requirements before you leave. We will be preparing for new teams (sometimes on the same day you leave) and your help will be necessary.
