Church Planting
The Metropolitan New York Baptist Association assists churches to plant new churches, domestically and abroad, by connecting qualified planters with underserved and unreached peoples and places and with partners who can assist in resourcing the vision for a new church plant.
With respect to planters, MNYBA helps recruit and identify church planters from within the association and from across the country. MNYBA also helps to assess, train, and coach planters to enhance the effectiveness and fruitfulness of the new church plant.
With respect to peoples and places, MNYBA helps to provide the demographic, psychographic, and ethnographic research needed to help inform a strategy for a new church.
With respect to partnerships, MNYBA helps to enlist prayer support for the new church plant, to promote the new church plant, and to mobilize a network of partners to provide the resources needed for a new church.
